Thank you to all who attended my Yoga Off the Mat Workshop! In it, we dove deep into the 8 limbs of yoga to discover all of the elements of embodying a rich yoga practice, from how we move on the mat to how we live off the mat. In case you missed it, here’s a short recap below!

I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training. I specialize in a variety of different styles including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga.
